You can pay for your tickets with either a MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card. Your credit card information will be
taken on our secure, encrypted Friends of the North Castle Public Library, Inc. server. The merchant appearing on your credit card statement will
be Friends NCPL. Follow these steps:
Choose the performance.
Specify the number of (and, if relevant, the type of) tickets you want.
Click on the seats you want on the seating chart. If you change your mind about a seat selection, click on the seat again to unselect it.
Click on the Reserve Selected Seats button that will appear when the number of seats selected equals the total tickets wanted. Your
seat selections will be held for 10 minutes while you make your payment. If you haven't finished making your payment by then,
there is the slight possibility that some or all of the seats you selected will no longer be available. Should that occur, we
will do our best to assign you comparable seats.
We hold your tickets for you to pick up at the "box office" on the day of the performance. The box office is
in the lobby of Whippoorwill Hall and opens 45 minutes before curtain. Please bring the e-mail acknowledgement with you.
Terms and Conditions
It is unlikely but possible that due to unforseen circumstances we may have to assign you alternate seats.
If you cannot make it to the performance and you let us know by sending an e-mail to tickets@armonkplayers.org at least 2 hours prior to curtain,
we will swap your tickets for another performance of your choosing.
Because we pay a service fee
on credit card transactions, we do not offer refunds; all sales are final.
